Payment:

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery for specific items purchases.

Shipping:

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours for local orders and 30 days for international orders. Items must be in unused condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective.
